Track Your Order

Where’s my order?

Once your order is confirmed, here’s what happens:

1. Packing. We carefully pack your saree and record a packing video for quality assurance.
2. Dispatch. As soon as it ships, we send you a WhatsApp message with your full order details, the packing video, and your tracking number (AWB).
3. Live tracking. Our courier partner will also send you tracking updates directly as your order moves toward you.

Can’t find your tracking details? Check your WhatsApp messages from the number you ordered through first — that’s where we send everything. If you still can’t find it, message us on WhatsApp with your name and order date, and we’ll look it up for you right away.
